Steve McGrady MBA FInstLM MICManaging ConsultantSteve specialises in Business Strategy, Organisation Development, Leadership and Management. He completed his MBA at the Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree. In 1993 he successfully completed the Strategy and Strategic Management programme at Cranfield School of Management, England. He was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2003 (FInstLM, UK) and is a Member of the Institute of Business Consultancy (MIBC, UK). He is also an executive member of the Academy of Management (AOM, USA).
He works with a wide range of organisations across many industries, and has combined board level management experience with roles as both an external and internal consultant, working with a broad range of organisations in the UK, USA, Germany and South Africa. Recent assignments have included programme management for a manufacturing group, culture change in the nuclear energy industry, process improvement for energy companies and strategy advice for a government ministry in the Middle East, and acquisition integration for a leading US-based bank.

He has worked as a consultant and line manager in the UK, South Africa and the US. He has proven ability to set up and lead large-scale, complex change programmes delivering tangible business benefits. He is currently engaged in the creation and delivery of a major leadership development programme for a US bank. He was instrumental in creating and implementing a general merchandise Academy which helped transform the fortunes of Marks and Spencer and won a National Training Award in 2007.
