For small businesses we have refined the system further and offer PHOTON, an on-line service to diagnose the key issues affecting your business and deliver a report by email that explains your business issues clearly and, more importantly, gives you an action plan so you know what to do to fix the issues you are facing.
Turning strategy into results - large organisations
We find a method that is right for
you - we don’t use off-the-shelf solutions in our consultancy
practice. For example, we may use a systems thinking approach to
identify parts of your organisation that are not aligned
properly:-maybe the business processes are not consistent with the
strategy, or there is a mismatch between your stated values and
management practices. If the initial problem is unclear, we might
gather issues from a number of areas and use root-cause analysis to
